Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Once your request is reviewed, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when submitting your refund request.
